Buffalo Cardiology and Pulmonary Associates has three unique programs for people to meet their health care goals.  BCPA believes that a healthy lifestyle leads to better health and can significantly reduce the risk of heart disease or stroke.  The programs that are offered have shown significant improvement in a persons body mass index, waist circumference, weight, stress, blood pressure, diabetic indicators, and dependence on medications.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

Get Healthy Program

This program is a 12 week program which puts together a team of trained professionals who develop a plan and guide you in identifying, and attacking your goals. You medical history/physical and lab work are reviewed to develop a program that is fit for you. An individual 12 week plan is developed in conjunction with physicians, nutrition professionals, stress management, physical therapy and your personal health coach.
